So, I got an exam and ordered some pretty pricey glasses in June 2014 from Visionary Eye Care. I have not picked up the glasses yet because I don't have the balance of the money right now. I just received a call from Visionary Eye Care saying they are going to DONATE my glasses that I've already paid $160.00 for, if I don't pick them up within 60 days...and the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. I've been a patient for over 4 years (so this is my second pair of glasses from them.) I will never go to this place again.
Great place. They have excellent customer service with a wide selection of frames. Dr. Ali answered all my questions and I felt very well informed before I left. Both Helen and Dr. Ali took the time to help me select the perfect set of frames that suits me. Everything was done in a very timely manner and all at a GREAT price. I will definitely be going here for all my future needs.
