Deception on contact fitting cost. Was told they would order me a trial pair to try for free due to having issues with contacts in the past. I’ve spent a lot in the past on them. The eye doctor suggested a new brand and said she would get me a sample pair. When I go to leave they tried charging me for it. I am more than happy to pay once I know I can actually wear them but not paying a fitting fee for something I don’t know if I’ll be able to wear.
Hope you don’t need your glasses any time soon.
Been waiting for my glasses for over 3 weeks now and it seems like it might take another week as it failed the initial inspection for quality. They have been providing me regular updates after I shared my urgency for the glasses. I may not buy from here another time considering the slowness.

Been dealing with an erosion on my eye. After 2 weeks it finally healed up. This morning, my eye decided to be bad again- and we start over. This office staff and doctors are so awesome. I showed up earlier than I should have, hoping they could at least numb it up, if I couldn't get seen earlier. They did just that.
