First, when you call and get a female she speaks so fast you can’t hear her name, second you go to pick up your $600 glasses and they give you a case they don’t fit in (geez thanks for designer glasses with a case that doesn’t fit) then you call and get talked over and spoken to like you don’t know what you’re talking about!
