Would have been 5 Star had the Corporate Office provided adequate staffing. As it were, with Minimum staff available, the Technicians were Professional & Courteous, but Rushed in Every Interaction. Facility was clean. Restroom was handicap accessible & meticulously clean. Waits are long whether one has an appointment or is a walk-in. This would also be solved by providing more staff. Happy to find a eye doctor that listens and dosent charge extra fees. That insurance wont cover. That they expect you to pay out of pocket.
Dr. Dobbins is amazing and I would recommend her to anybody. She answers all your questions and does not make you feel rushed. Glad she came to Columbus.
