Currently still on hold for 24+ minutes just to check an order status. I’ve spent all day calling, leaving voicemails and texting yesterday and no one has bothered to call me back or give me a simple order status. When I called to pay they sure were quick and had no wait time. Extremely disappointed with this place. We’ve been customers since 2020 but this will definitely be the last time. They don’t value their customers and their phone system Is a disrespectful to our time.
Horrible customer service. They get your money but then when you call to check status there is literally no phone one to help you. They put you to a voicemail or a text that literally no one answers. Horrible. I will never go back here again and its a shame because ive been a customer for years. Instead of getting better they get worse.
