Great service didn't take long all concerns had been answered staff was kind and helpful
The front desk girl is rude and they take forever with your order. When calling to see what happen they put you on hold. Mind you I left my frames to get done she said one week and half today it’s been a month no answer from them yet!!!!!!
Rude and unhelpful staff. Mentioned prices immediately and then followed me around the store, less than a foot away, the entire time I was there. Was going to buy a pair today but it will not be from here. Unpleasant all around
I have two pairs of glasses, both of which I recently got new lenses from this store. Unfortunately, both pairs were damaged to some extent. One pair had its paint peeled off, while the other pair’s legs were completely loose and couldn’t get tightened up. Despite my concerns, they claimed that it wasn’t their responsibility because I had signed a waiver.
