Dr. Lage is an amazing, professional and committed Optometrist. Her expertise is always on point. I have been a patient of hers for nine consecutive years and her staff impressed me with kindness and great bedside manners every time. My experience at this store was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was rude and made it feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. While the store does offer a nice selection of frames, the pricing is significantly higher—often hundreds of dollars more—than the exact same models available online. What ultimately prompted me to leave this review is that a claim was submitted to my vision insurance as if I had purchased glasses, which I did not. This was unacceptable and extremely concerning. Excellent experience at Vision Unlimited. The team was professional, efficient, and very welcoming. Adriana did an amazing job helping me and made the entire process easy and pleasant. She was patient, caring, and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I truly appreciate the attention and care I received and will definitely be coming back.
I’m very happy with my visit to Vision Unlimited. The office was clean, organized, and everyone was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. Adriana provided outstanding service and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive to my needs.
