I've never had such horrible service. It took about 12 days to get trial contact lenses. No one picks up the phone when you try and call. The office is dirty. Stay away.
I ordered contact lenses 3 weeks ago and they have not arrived. The staff barely picks up the phone. When they do, they promise to have someone call you, and don't. Do not use this please, it has been a nightmare.
