This is in reference to the Doral location- since I couldn’t find their page, I’ll post it here: My mom went to this “establishment today”. They are THIEVES. My mom is elderly and they charges her $150 for a lens fitting that did not take place. My moms Medicare through medica provides a $200 credit for contact lenses and the lady in billing told my poor mom that of this $200 credit , $150 would be allocated to a lens fitting that WAS NEVER DONE. Not only this, but the optometrist was there with my mom for less than 5 minute... read more
