RecommendedYesterday, I went to Dr. Webb for an emergency eye appointment. I have glaucoma and was at OIB on vacation. I started experiencing light flashes and new floaters in my right eye. My doctor in Charlotte told me to get to a doctor immediately. Dr. Webb was able to see me quickly and explained things to me in more details than my doctors at home. I wish I lived closer. I would definitely recommend her for all of your eye needs.
They were very courteous. With the COVID-19 pandemic , I felt that they upheld their standards of care above regulations. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be a repeat client to this facility. Well done!

I went in with a painful, abraded, cornea. Everyone I came in contact was warm, welcoming, and professional. The best part? I actually enjoyed meeting everyone! We talked, laughed, and when I left I felt my problem had been dealt with and I learned so much about my own eyes. Highly recommend Dr. Cook!
