I have been waiting for my sons glasses 2 months now, horrible customer service. They keep telling me stories, just like the one they told me today that they would "personally deliver my sons glasses at my home" after going in person to their office, I'm still waiting. I had an appointment yesterday. While l was there, Dr. Ken found my cataract that l had since l was a teen. Also made me laugh. Before l saw Dr. Ken, l went to c if l had 20/20 vision. I know l don't. But the lady didn't speak English, and l don't speak Spanish. She went and got someone who could speak both languages.

Es un buen Dr,le gusta su prefecion y su trato muy bueno le gusta q su trabajo con sus pacientes CEA todo un éxito y todo el personal de verdad muy buena y las muchachas de la erección en especial una q me atiende de lo mejor me llama al transporte de regreso a casa sobran las palabras�����
Vision me gusta a pesar que paso un poco dé molestia en mis ojos,pero el trato es muy bueno dé todo el personal mucha atención y mi café al rato d llegar es sabroso me gusta
