Vision Source experience has always been great!!
Great place to get your eyes checked! Chloe and Ashley are extremely friendly and so helpful. (insurance, scheduling, asking how you are seeing, remembering why you are there if not just for the annual exam, etc) They actually care about you and your experience. After the exam and when you get to the exciting part and pick out new glasses, Carrie is the one to see!! She is not only knowledgeable about frames and lenses (she will steer you in the right direction with what kind of lens works best for you) but she actually care... read more
Hands down the best Eye Doctor experience I've had. Dr. Simpson was absolutely incredible . 30 years of having glasses and not one eye Dr has ever told me I had an astigmatism, and that it was definitely the reason for my vision problems. I don't remember her name, but the lady that helped me find my glasses , spent at least an hour and a half getting me set up with everything I need to enjoy life again with great vision. Definitely recommend!
I had a very wonderful experience with my appointment at vision source ! From checking in to the Dr visit all the thru the picking out my frames. Vision were helpful with my budget needs and were extremely experienced with all of my questions.
