I have used Vision Source for my eye care for 22 years. Today's visit was my first time to see Dr Malik. I so appreciated his professionalism and insight. He is very knowledgeable and has a great overall vibe. The entire staff performs their roles flawlessly. I highly recommend this office for your vision care!
My husband and I have both seen Dr. Malik and had a wonderful experience. Today, both of my daughters were seen on the same day for eye exams. Our visit with Dr. Malik was thorough and efficient. The girls found some cute glasses. It was a great experience overall.
I called Vision Source and hit the button for a doctor to call me back. Dr. Simpson texted me back very quickly. I told her that I had taken out my left contact and was going to take out my right contact and it wouldn’t come out. She asked me by text if I was sure it was still in my eye. I'm grateful for your genuine concern and willingness to meet my needs as they arise. Dr. Malik's tests revealed that I require the help of a surgeon and is arranging an appointment to correct an abnormality in retina of my right eye. Thank you for your service and expertise. Everyone, from receptionists to doctors and those preparing lenses, guiding throughout to walking out with new "specs" are super. My first appointment came due to Dr. Lawson's thoroughness in his follow-up after a friend's eye surgery years ago.
