When we found out about frames that fit Down Syndrome kids better, DR. Whipple was very receptive to getting some for us to try and keeping some to help other Down Syndrome Kids. The frames have worked out very well for my daughter and I tell everyone about them. These people are friendly, caring, and listen to what you have to say.
This place is a joke! They have fees they don't tell you about then just charge you for. Plus only eye company I know that charges you a 55.00 fee to get a new contact prescription! Go to mount Ogden optical! I learned a hard lesson. Wouldn't recommend no one!!!!

I thought that Dr. Whipple really cared about helping me find the best set of contact lenses for me but near the end of the process they made a "policy change" and decided money was more important than eye care. Very disappointing.
Wonderful staff, updated technology equipment. Dr. Very informative and takes all time needed to answer any questions. Fantastic customer service
Customer service is outstanding. New updated equipment allows for more accuracy in your prescription. All materials are high quality. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. They helped make the most of my insurance benefits, too.
So excited to finally have an eye doctor I can trust. Everyone at Farr West vision source was helpful, friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I would send all my friends. If you don't have a great eye doctor set an appointment with Dr. Whipple and his amazing team.
