Good service overall. Had to wait over an hour just to pick up my damn glasses.

Everyone we came in contact with were wonderful! Dr Hembre was awesome and did a thorough exam of my eyes. My daughter even liked him.
Just an over all bad experience. Rude staff. And not what we were expecting. Almost a $1000 for a visit w/ insurance!!!
Called to get my prescription emailed to the Oakley store in San Antonio. Amanda kept saying it wasn't going through. Had Oakley email me so I could forward to them. When I called back the lady at Vision Source says"well, I have to leave." Doctor is ok but staff is horrible from the moment you walk through the door. Lady who was suppose to help me find my glasses was too busy smacking her gum so loud I couldn't here myself think. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
