incredibly rude staff, not very helpful. They act really put out when the glasses you buy from them don't fit. The lady told me "thats why we have you try them on". I thought glasses could be adjusted but not with these guys. Beware before you dump a lot of money on these guys, thats where what little bit of politeness goes out the window. I do not recommend. Find a place that appreciates their customers .
Have been using Vision Source for a number of years. Dr. Hembree is very nice, friendly, and professional. I feel that I got a good examination. Brenda at the front desk is friendly and efficient. Dawn immediately made me feel at ease during her part of the exam. I did not need new glasses so I can't comment on that department, but I can say that last year I was not overly impressed with their friendliness and sense of caring. Hopefully, my next experience in that area will be better.
Dr Jackman himself is good but the staff is not helpful whatsoever. I’ve never been more annoyed! They have sent two contact samples and they are both wrong. The glasses prescription is perfect but they can’t get the contacts one right. I called two weeks ago and no one returned my voicemail, I had to call again since they wouldn’t call me back. Now they want me to go back for another exam and pay again when it’s not my fault. What sucks is since they used my insurance I’ll have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. I’... read more

Highly recommend Vision Source! Staff are wonderful! Dr.Jackman took the time to check my daughters eyes and made sure that their prescription was just what they needed. I'm one happy customer.
Dr. Hugh Jackman is personable, thorough and practical. Highly recommend (from someone who has seen a lot of eye doctors).
