Worst eye clinic I have ever been to. Do not go to them. This is your warning. I have been to Clinics in Walmarts before. My favorite eye doctor is actually in a Walmart. These people are careless and frazzled. They do not schedule enough time per client so they are always in rusted. They are more like sale persons rather than technical persons They have once again messed up my contacts and I get to wait again. The whole group is incompetent. The receptionists are unfriendly. Vision Plus is a great place to get eye exams and glasses. I went for an eye exam after being told by my doctor to do so as I had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and needed to get my eyes examined because of that. Dr. Dena was the greatest. She treated me with a professionalism that you just do not see anymore in service companies. She was fast and accurate and even showed me a picture of my eyeballs, too cool !! Was told if I ordered a years supply of contacts that I would receive: the years supply of contacts, 2 FREE boxes of colored contacts, a rebate, and some sort of coupon booklet. (Sounded to good to be true so had lady on phone verify 3 times that this was the promotion and she verified) So I agreed to order a years supply, was told I would be called when everything came in, was called.
