RecommendedStaff very friendly, the manger was nice enough to fix my glasses even after I was highly aggravated about my glasses and he was very generous enough to understand and keep his cool and explain that it's not good to place glasses on top of your head. I mean I've been doing that for years. A big thank you to him and his staff and I apologize for my frustrations. wasn't towards y'all.
Wife (Anna) here, Hubby is getting his eye exam. Best place for eye exams, and glasses. Staff are highly respectful to their clients and they go out of their way to meet your needs. Want to say thanks to everyone staff member and Doctor. Great job!!!!

Horrible staff, they have no knowledge of anything. My eyes were dialated for no reason. I was told my contacts were ordered not once, but twice before I was told they had not been ordered at all two weeks later. Also, the optometrist did not seem to care that her staff didnt do their job and the fact they were so rude. I recommend anywhere else.
Need office management - great doctor - but staff can’t keep appointments in order!! Do not think that you appt time you took 2 weeks to make in advance matters, they will let other customers jump right in front.. staff should be able to keep up and appts get priority.
vision Plus in fort smith sucks they are rude. they said they took my insurance and when I got up there they said "oh well we don't they don't pay us" then the doctor tried to tell my dad to shut up.
