Dr Rich and his staff are so good that I would travel extra distance to have them examine my vision. My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, care, and attention each and every time we have been for a check-up. It would be unfair to ask for any improvement considering all of our experiences. Dr Rich and his staff are the best in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
Dr. Rich is AMAZING. He’s been seeing my son since before he was one. He’s always been very patient and relaxed with him. My son is special needs so that’s very important. My oldest son goes to some appointment with me and he interacts so great with him. He sings with my oldest to my youngest. He also knows what he’s talking about. I highly recommend him. We all laugh and have smiles on our faces! Great at what he does.
Dr. Rich is very patient and thorough. His staff is friendly and competent. I was never rushed and he took all the time he needed to correct my double vision. I had seen a doctor in Pensacola with a most dreadful and costly outcome. Dr. Rich checked my vision, dilated my eyes to check for problems. I went back in a month and was given a prescription. I live in Mississippi and needed to see Dr. Rich in a hurry. His staff got me in immediately and they were so accommodating and nice. Dr. Rich is very friendly and laid-back while still keeping his professional demeanor. I would HIGHLY recommend people to him.
