Terrible nurses, went to get my younger siblings glasses she’s been without for 2 weeks after the tragic loss of our mother the lady was sucking on a lollipop at 9am in my face. Rude as hell. Told me someone came and signed them out already *there is no way because my mother passed before anyone could get them* then told me there was nothing she could do for us. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
You don't want me to say. Feel free to calls me so maybe I can recieve my glasses this year! No offence!
They never answer the phone. They have their so called business hours on the voicemail, and when you call during business hours they never answer. Very unprofessional to be a doctors office. I will never bring my daughter back here.
Every since my daughter became a patient, I have had nothing but problems. Every time I try and call for help with replacing my daughter's glasses, I'm told the optical department goes to lunch when I call, and to leave a voice message. Of course, no one returns my calls. When I take her in to see the doctor, the receptionist on Stanton Rd has the most horrible attitude ever. When i try to leave a voicemail at the other location, i can't. voicemail is always full.
