My doctor was too lazy to get my prescription and sent me back to my old doctor to get my documents to order contacts off that. Turns out they were wrong for one eye. Been about 2 months now and they keep saying they will call me back and haven't. They got a test pair in that is the correct prescription but Now they want more money for 1 eye than my insurance paid for for both sets. They refuse to work with me on the price when it was their screw up. Will not be going back once this gets resolved.

Dr Mercado and her staff are WONDERFUL. They are professional and yet make you feel good because they all smile and have great personalities!
Excellent care. Very professional. Dr. Shewmaker and his staff run a very efficient and helpful office and take time to explain what is actually going on with your vision. I learned a lot on this trip. I'll definitely be back...next time to buy frames and next year for a check up. Hate to say it had been 5 years since my last one. I'm not doing that again...
The FT Mitchell office is AWESOME. Highly recommend. Friendly staff, Dr's have years of experience. I wouldnr go anywhere else. Will always work with thier customers to make sure thier experience is the best.
The scratch warranty is only good for one repair which they don't tell you about. I was told it was good for one year which is apparently not true. To pay out of pocket to repair a lense is $175.00. These glasses were suppose to be more durable but do not hold up well. Staff is friendly but glasses are not holding up well. I recommend them for eye appointments but I will go elsewhere for glasses.

Many insurances have policies now that we disagree with (but cannot dispute because of our contract) concerning replacements on scratched lenses. Dr Shewmaker has been wonderful to work with regarding my ever changing vision due to diabetic retinopathy and macular edema. I highly recommend him.
