Dr Mercado is so genuinely sweet and really works with you to achieve the best vision possible for you. The office is clean and tidy and the rest of the staff are friendly as well.
Loved how the Dr did not push the extra exams. she said it wasn't necessary and I liked that. The staff worked with me on my insurance. I will go back. Nice staff
I brought my special needs son to Vision One last year to pick out glasses. We had a pair picked out and when asked what insurance (Medicaid), I was told I had to select from a special box of the most pathetic glasses because that’s what Medicaid would cover. I blamed it on Medicaid. This year, I decided to try Metzger Eye Care. When I told them my son has Medicaid, they pointed to an entire back wall of glasses and we could choose a pair from there.
