RecommendedDr. Sheets is amazing. He’s been our doctor since I was a teenager and now he treats my daughter as well. He’s very attentive and his bedside manner is great with kids.
First of all I saw them about a year ago found it irritating the dr speaks to you with his back to you. Then they didn’t get my prescription right seems to hurry through everything. Then after living with that crappy prescription for a year, Called to make appointment was put on hold twice and forgotten called a third time secretary was completely and unnecessarily RUDE!! Save yourself a headache pick anywhere else.

Get a lot better staff!! Asked for manager 3x but never heard back!! Without glasses STILL! I paid $1,000 for glasses and the staff sucks!!!

First time there, went to get RX Sunglass Maui Jim, told they don't have MJ Sport. Picked out more expensive Revo, total $679. After running my card, I asked about insurance. Get, oh you have insurance, why didn't you tell. I call you on Monday about insurance. Ask about military discount too! Yes, 10%, we will handle that once your glasses come in. 7-9business days. 3 x times I would get a phone call, didn't happen, four trips to store, nothing resolved and today I was told to bring them back, we will refund it all. I have been going here since they opened and had been with Dr. Neely for years before. The past two years have been horrible experiences for us. They have the worst customer service and made every excuses to not give me a contact prescription. Very disappointed in them. They don’t accept my vision insurance and kept going bc I use to love it here. But we will be using someone else from now on!
