Paid well over 600 for glasses that they keep giving me the run around about. I have 2 RX’s and each time I try to get my glasses I am given a completely different story. 1st time I called to check on them was told they would be here the following week. When I called back the following week they had “failed” inspection. Ok but rest assured they would be here the next week. Next week came and went with out any calls. I don’t recommend the eyeglass department. The doctors are great. Give them 5 stars. However the eyeglass department deserves ZERO STARS. Been trying to get glasses going on three months now. First time around, untrained staff broke lense while adjusting the frame. Second time around, lab sent wrong lenses. Paid $600.00 for these glasses. Lenses are very expensive and they don’t take my insurance. I was sure it would be worth it though knowing how great the eye doctors are. Boy, was I wrong. Always prompt, good customer service & very nice staff.
Going against CDC guidelines and making babies under 2 wear a mask!! The whole time there the experience was horrible because my baby would not leave his mask on and the old man named Tim at the glasses kept harassing us about him wearing one and for him to “leave it on” after repeatedly telling them it was against the cdc guidelines to make a baby under 2 wear a mask, they couldn’t give a single f***. I have seen Dr. Grigsby here for years but the entire team is excellent. They have state of the art equipment and current research. They will work with you if your insurance doesn't cover vision. They are able to diagnose eye conditions and get precision prescriptions for difficult eyes because of the investment they have made in research and equipment. Price gouging on masks but not telling clients they need them beforehand. They try and nickle and dime you every chance they get. take your business elsewhere.
