BUYER BEWARE: I have never written a negative review before but I feel this needed to become public. My mom and dad are loyal customers of Vision Faire for 15+ years. Recently my Dad’s lenses (less than 2 years old) were fogging up, so they brought them in. Vision Faire blamed my dad for using “some sort of chemical” which was crap, but whatever so my parents paid out of pocket for the lenses. Hello Jessica, I'd like to apologize to your father, we're truly sorry the lab broke the frame. The waiver your mother signed may seem cold but it is also intended to inform the patient of the risks of working on older frames that are beyond their warranty period. Older, plastic frames with a large eyesize such as your father's are at much greater risk of breakage. When a frame breaks, even under warranty, we do feel terrible and do our best to make it right.
