Excellent experience today at Kaiser Vision Essentials. My optometrist really listened to me and worked with me to make certain I was happy with my prescription. Dulce and Latrice really went above and beyond to help me get my new contacts despite some hiccups (from my end, not their fault at all). Very happy with my appointment today!

Good morning, I wanted to bring a concern to your attention regarding my recent experiences with the Contact Lens Department. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had difficulty receiving assistance or consistent information from the department.
