I had the best experience during my first eye exam. I was nervous about what to expect, and was put at ease from the beginning. Virtual check-in, and getting called back right away. Dr. Canada is the best. He explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. Once it was determined I need glasses, he passed me off to Susana. She was full of information, helped me work through choices on lenses and frames. I am grateful for the kindness of everyone.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with all the staff here. Dr. Silos is so kind, thorough and professional, and we have total confidence in him to address our eye health. His support staff, like Melissa and Esther to name two, is highly proficient and quick to maneuver the many patients around. Every receptionist we have been welcomed by has been top notch. Highly recommended for all Kaiser patients.
I highly recommend this Office to fulfill your optical needs. The staff is extremely professional and supportive.
