I ordered glasses a month ago. I called 3 weeks later asking if they were ready and they said no and would call back that day and never did. I called again a week later and said I never got a return call and I was treated like a liar. I said if I am not getting my glasses then will I get my money back? They went ahead and quickly canceled my order without any guidance and said if I want to use my KP benefits I have to come in and reorder glasses and it would be another month and a half wait. I called in with questions regarding a more complicated apt to schedule and Eric was absolutely amazing! I have never had anyone help me to the extent he has when trying to figure out my insurance and getting something scheduled. Such great service at this kaiser location!!
