Dr. Baldwin is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. My husband and I have been going to her for over 5 years. I have had some serious issues with my eyes and she carefully explained in detail what the treatment plan would be and what I should expect. The entire staff is super nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and Vision Concepts.
Does not accept Tri-Care , will only take it as secondary form of insurance .Disabled Veterans insurance .
