Great service and very positive experience for my elderly mother.
I took advantage of the 2-for-1 deal earlier this summer and am pleased with both pairs of glasses. I was also impressed with the wonderful girl named Emi who served me. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my shopping experience until I found the right frames for me. I have been visiting Vision Clinic in Niagara Falls for many years and have always been satisfied with their service and the quality of their glasses.

Great experience! Amy worked with me tirelessly, helping me choose glasses. She was energetic, professional, very knowledgeable and cheerful. The selection at the store was good and I am very happy with my glasses. It was a very positive experience and I will highly recommend The Vision Clinic!
Avoid this disaster! Send my children to get their eyes examed and received the wrong prescription without knowing because i am not an eye doctor. Order glasses. Obviously with incorrect lenses and call immediately upon realizing only to get the run around and no call back zero attempt to fix their mistake. Reputation is everything and youve just showed that you do not care for yours.
