Sanju is a very professional optician and has an authentic way of working with the customer that is not common these days. A total pleasure to work with from start to finish! I've already recommended her to family and friends.
So far it has taken almost 3 weeks to get my glasses (albeit they are a high script) and I still don’t have them! I don’t know what I did but when I told them I was using my ODSP as funds/insurance they’ve treated me poorly. Don’t go here if you are on ODSP or are low income. Very poor customer service and I really can’t see! They say they will call you within 1 day and I haven’t got a call back yet.
I have put off getting bifocals for a few years now but I figured it was time so I made an appointment and went. The eye doctor was great. I have no complaints whatsoever. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses Sanju Sam (please forgive me if I didn’t spell that right.) was wonderful! My husband and I were both extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service and expertise at Vision Care Niagara Falls. Sanju was an absolute pleasure to work with — she offered excellent advice and made me feel truly cared for. Thank you so much for your help with my glasses and sunglasses. We’ll definitely be back!
