The staff and the doctors were so helpful, respectful and professional. I really appreciate them.

Amanda did a great job with selection and delivery.
Sales process and exam were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. After sales process not so much. Granted they did honour my warranty but did so with a snide and condescending attitude. Unfortunately this will prompt me to bring my business elsewhere. If head office or management would like me to elaborate further you are welcome to contact me.
Staff is so friendly helpful. The best experience, and i absolutely love my glasses !!!!
