Two weeks have gone by and no contact from a district manager. I am not surprised as this is how the situation was dealt with to start and why it took 9 months for us to just give up. It is amazing that the other place he went to were able to get his new prescription correct on the first attempt! Of course we have paid another $2000 to get all his glasses but at least they all work great! We are still out $900.00 from Vision Clinic and now I am thinking of reporting this as no one should have to pay full price for something ... read more
If there was a ZERO I would give them that! I have worn progressive lens since I have started, about 15yrs, and when I got new glasses from them they were anything but!! I took them back and the girl was very rude and told me I should get reading glasses. I guess trying to sucker me in to buy another pair! Buyer Beware!!
The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met. They are all patient and professional. It was a great experience and I will definitely remain a customer there.
I hate to even give one star. Back in March my husband Patrick went in to get 4 pairs of glasses. He had the frames so just needed his new prescription put in. When the first pair was ready for him to try out, he was told he could not take them unless he paid for all 4 pairs! Reluctantly he paid for all of them only to find out the script was not working and he was not able to read properly with them.
