I went here 2 years ago, and the experience was not good. At no point during the exam did the optometrist make me feel like he knew how to improve my vision, so when he wrote me a prescription, I was apprehensive. Lo and behold I go to pick up my glasses and my vision was hardly better, so I told them this doesn’t look right. I had cataract surgery and was waiting to see my optomotrist and decided to try shopping for my new frames. I went to the Vision Clinic on Portage Rd to look at frames. The lady I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I took some pics of the frames I liked and left. A week later I went back and a lady with short blonde hair that was shaved on the sides helped me. She was friendly and helpful but when I showed her the picture of the frames and their model number I had taken the previous week she was very unhelpful. She said th... read more

Although I was happy with my glasses I was disappointed that I was not told about the Senior Discount they offer....people that I know were offered this so do they pick and choose those that get it.
