More time has gone by now and still no one has contacted me. I think it is safe to say that no one really cares about the situation that occurred. Time to get the BBB involved. Two weeks have gone by and no contact from a district manager. I am not surprised as this is how the situation was dealt with to start and why it took 9 months for us to just give up. I have been getting my glasses at this location for many years. After getting fed up with my optometrist’s office repeatedly telling me I can only get the special lenses from there office I decided to try the optometrist here since this is where I prefer to purchase my glasses. We saw Dr. Orlando who was very nice and also told me my daughter and I did not require the “special” lenses we told we needed for our previous prescription.
