I recently had an appointment at this establishment. The optometrist not only intimidated me to have my eyes dilated by stating, "you could have a tumor, you don't know." Which is horridly unprofessional, on top of which completely negated my insurance coverage of a free contact fitting, insisting I must pay out of pocket. I have had poor vision since childhood and I have a more than general understanding of how things work. avoid if you're paying out of pocket, I went in paid over 300 dollars for glasses that were not the correct prescription and when you call, they will have you wait several weeks and suggest your eyes just haven't adjusted and don't worry about getting a refund for the glasses they will try their best to make sure you reach that 60-day marker, so they don't have to refund
