Unprofessional, liers, terrible customer service !!!
Giving 1 star is being generous. I had an appointment Aug. 14 2015 and I am still waiting on my glasses. Everytime I call the staff always gives an attitude and likes to put you on hold for every little thing. My Insurance paid for my visit on Sept. 4th. I called my insurance and they said Vision Care Consultants did not follow up with Select Optical. Last time I called was Dec. 20th to have been told a manager will call me back. Its now Jan. 20 and noone has been in contact with me.

Worst dr. Appointment ever most of the receptionist are spanish there rude.and make you wait forever! And the white receptionist acts like she don't care to ever be here very blah attitude. So moral is if you like feeling like your not important, and waste all afternoon by all means feel free to drop by! And.your on family health care network insurance you will be directed to 3 little trays of glasses that aren't worth anything nor looked after! In all about fourty pairs!!!
My wife has been waiting since September 12th 2014 for her glasses. This is out of the Streamwood, Il Store which is closing. My daughter and I got our glasses in four weeks. Nobody seems to care as they will not return phone calls or try to find out where they are
