My dad, and all my wife’s sisters have horror stories from this place. DO NO GO HERE!! They are a scam.
This place is horrible; I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. My daughter and I ordered glasses almost a year ago & when I went in they couldn’t tell me why our glasses never arrived. At that time they suggested that my daughter schedule another exam, since it’s been a year, and she’d be able to order another set of glasses. At this point I realized we weren’t going to get our glasses from last year so I proceeded to scheduled her appointment & we went in two days later. La atención y teniendo tanto personal., no atienden y no teniendo personas en espera, la doctora no tiene ni siquiera un paciente y no son para atender, tenia la cita a las 3:00pm y una hora para que me atiendan y metan mi información al sistema y ahí todavía esperar a que hagan el Examen de la vista y después de eso, esperar que la doctora te atienda., casi 3 horas., que lamentable situación, se si pone que por eso dan cita, para no esperar tanto por mucho 15 min es lo normal y cada año es lo mismo, pero este año no regresa... read more
