This place doesn’t get not even a half star. The doctor is amazing. Customer service and the manager there need training. I see a lot of great reviews. I’m African American we notice the difference. Be Aware of Changes Very disappointed with my recent phone experience. We scheduled my daughter’s follow-up appointment back in January, was quoted $39 for the scan(which was confirmed by a voicemail from the office who confirmed with the doctor). We were not informed at that time of any changes to the pricing or billing. It wasn’t until the appointment reminder call the day before, that we were told to bring her health insurance card. While I have been pleased with the doctors and the service my daughter has received since becoming a patient in 2022, this last visit was a great disappointment. Vision Care Center has joined a new group called Elevate Eyecare which I believe has translated into higher costs for one thing. Since becoming a patient in 2022, eye exams have always been $122 for self-pay. This time I had to pay $397 for self-pay! Just for my daughter’s yearly check up. Didn’t even get a new prescription!
