My Ac unit outside stopped working so I called the company that installed it. They could not find me in their system from only 4 years ago and when i was told that the technician would show up between 4-5 he showed up at 3 never called me and then left a note on a face mask and put it in my screen door. I'm not sure if it's just me but I would expect some communication and timely technicians.

We have tried to make up for this many times however, this consumer continues to find avenues to put Vision Air Services down. We have made attempts to contact this individual since and received no response. Additionally, this customer was told that a technician would be there from 3-5, meaning arrival is at three.
