VR was the hardest but most rewarding thing I have ever done. The continuous support from every single person there was absolutely invaluable and I cannot thank them enough. My experience of recovery with Visible Recovery (VR) is what I have been describing as a re-birth. The type of therapy offered at VR is very different to that offered by psychiatrists and psychologists, which I have also experienced. A truly holistic and relevant rehab centre where the clinicians have lived experience of addiction, so none of the armchair expert phenomenon that can be prevalent in other more generic programs.
