RecommendedMy 15 year old daughter decided she wanted to cut her long hair short and I was a little nervous. Eric did a fabulous job of it. She showed Eric a picture of what she wanted and he did it exactly like the picture. Eric and everyone there was super nice a friendly.

I’ve been going to visible changes for more than 12 years. Recently the service has fallen apart. On my last visit to refresh my all over red, they colored my roots and forgot to refresh the rest. So my roots are bright red and the rest of my hair is another color. Also the person that was washing my hair literally pulled my hair for 20 minutes I called to see if they can fix my hair and they couldn’t find room for me in their schedule… So I’ll be walking into a meeting Monday morning with this hair.
