Beautiful building in a quiet neighbourhood! Our building manager Shawn goes above and beyond to support anything that comes up and gets someone in for repairs in a timely manner! We’ve been renting from Kelson group for 3+ years and have enjoyed every minute! Super reasonable rent compared to the rest of the city. 10/10!
Elevator been out of service for nearly a year (August 2022)stranding vulunable Senior citizens on the second and third floors.SHAME!
