Went in for an oil change, had an apt and was told the wait time for an oil change and a car wash would be over an hr and a half- seemed like they didn’t want to do the car wash. Anyway they did the oil change in 45 mins and on my paperwork it said car wash was done and it wasn’t, next time I’ll get it. Thanks!
This Place is Garbage. Do not buy from them people. They will do anything they can to rip you off and make a quick buck. Make sure u look at your contracts correctly because they be adding unnecessary stuff to it. If u want a Kia go to Kia of Clovis. Im telling you its worth the extra drive!!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I was in and out with a new car within 2 1/2 hours. If you're looking to buy a new car go to Kia Visalia and ask for Robert Bankston. He will take good care of you.
Should not take 1 hour and 45 minutes to service a car! Who has time for that? Especially with an appointment and the only one there for service. This is the second time since I bought the car and I am regretting the service plan. The last time took over an hour as well.
What a great experience with the dealership from start to finish. Salesperson Ed went above and beyond our expectations to make us a deal we could not refuse. He was very knowledgeable with the Kia Sedona we were interested in and made us feel comfortable with the process.
