On my 3rd Kia and this will be my last from Visalia Kia. I traded my car in over a month ago. The vehicle is still in my name. I keep getting notices from the DMV. I’ve left a crap ton of messages, no returns phone calls. I keep calling back asking to speak to a managers, more voicemails. I guess my next stop is reporting to BBB.
their service department with so many management changes has become very poor.. they are unwilling to accommodate work schedules and they lack in their customer service with rude person doing the service scheduling.. Barbara in Hanford.. so sorry I ever bought my Kia from them

What an awesome place! I went to a sales event, just to check out some deals. The Sales staff , vehicles and deals were real!! I even saw a nice man buy a Toyota and give it to a person that need a car! Great fun .
I always have great service but I really think charging for your tires is crazy just to rotate smh 🤦♀️
