Had an appointment this morning was running a lil late, They greeted me kindly and got me back expeditiously hadn't finished my paperwork. Had my CD ready for me and sent me on my way. Appointment at 9:00 left at 9:45. Friendly and efficient.
Very friendly efficient staff. Short waiting period for your test. My ct tech was great. He helped me down on the table and then back up again. He even helped me get my short pants up because I was having problems. My back was hurting badly. You can trust this team to get your requested test preformed quickly and accurately.
My appointment was for 12pm I arrived early , filed iutvall the paperwork an was on my way to the "tube" I was a bit nervous but the gentleman was reassuring an swift, before you knew it I was in my way out. Thank you .
Not happy that I needed the procedure is why I won't give 5 stars, but overall a good, friendly, efficient, and friendly experience!

My appointment was at 2:30 I arrived around 1:40 to fill out my paperwork. I was called to the back within 10 minutes for a procedure that was supposed to last 15 minutes but because of my claustrophobia I had to take a little medication. The MRI tech was very patient and understanding of my situation. I really wish I could remember her name to give her a proper thank you. Front desk staff was also very friendly. Had CT scan today. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. It was a brief wait til called for scan. With me being paralyzed from upper chest down the technician was very helpful with my husband & I getting me in correct position. My Dr says they have the best quality scans around!
Had us come way, way too early to sign a couple of papers for an MRI. We didn't find out till we were finished signing (took 5 mins) that his appt was actually an hour later then when they told us to be there.

I apologize, there must have been some confusion our standard request is to arrive 30 minutes early for MRI appointments and we normally bring the patient back 10-15 minutes early. I hope that everything else involving your visit went well.
