Called to check availability for an important family emergency. Instead of giving that information, the girl who answered jumped into a tirade about insurance and billing and financials. I only want to know availability; (I’ll more the doctor referral or pay in cash.) Girl proceeded to contact our doctor without our consent, try to get a referral to their office, and set us up an appointment for weeks later. This is my favorite place for Mammograms and other imagining. It's fast and the staff is so friendly and professional.
It was a quick process. I was in and out in less than an hour and that was waiting for the CD too.
