This is a nice facility and everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional! There was a long wait(there are no appointments for X-rays) but they said it would be about an hour and I think it was just under the time they said.

Very courteous and no long delays. And nice 15 minute nap in the tube!
Too much son for an MRI on his right know and we were in and out in about an hour! They were getting people in and out as fast as they could and I like that! Also what I saw in the waiting room was a Bible. Bringing faith to the waiting room was comforting!
I had a CT done this morning, and the staff was amazing. My tech, (who I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) explained everything to me, was compassionate and kind. He eased my fears of the procedure. I sure appreciated that!
Despite having a somewhat invasive type of MRI, the staff made it comfortable and quick. Highly recommend having an MRI there.
JUST called to make an appointment and spoke with TWO different women who were very rude from the get go when I was just trying to get my appointment made. Just so you know, I'm already terrified to get my MRI, took me a month to muster the courage to even call to schedule, and then when I did I was met with immediate attitude for NO reason at all. If I don't have all the info, please inform me, I'm willing to listen and get what I need, but don't talk to me like a 5 year old in a sharp voice and demand things. Thanks but I'... read more
