Everyone is super welcoming and nice! Amazing staff and very talented! Everything from fun, funky colors to "traditional" colors! Also has a great atmosphere and product line! Very modern!
To preface, I have short hair: I went in today for the first time for a trim around the ears. I even showed a picture. I was told because of the way I wanted it trimmed around my ears the back also needed to be trimmed. A lot more was taken off than I wanted. I specifically asked for it too be cut straight across- no wedges taken out. Instead I ended up with lovely divots in my hair.
