When you decide not to renew with Virtudesk because of the changing market. Their billing is moved to collections. Whoever you're working with are so rude and unprofessional. Bullying over the phone. Such a waste of time and gives you a lot of stress

I have beentotally satisfied with this company and it went beyond my expectations on service from everyone in top management and Mj the manager for my account. My VA Kim Cruise without a doubt is the smartest most efficient worker that I have had on my team in yearsThis company I can highly recommend the value is tremendous

Absolute disaster working with this company. They didn't do anything they said they would do and have fees for everything. I was placed with a very professional and good VA, except she wasn't trained to do absolutely any of the tasks I had told virtudesk I needed. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere for a VA service. An absolute nightmare of an experience if I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

The va i hired installed malware on multiple of my websites internally, and had it there for weeks before i noticed it. It was sending infomration and attacks to other websites. What kind of company is this that hires va's that are hackers?

I would stay away from this company as far as you can. They recruit and hire people fast but watch out for your information. I hired a VA from them and they installed malware on 2 of my websites and won't refund us any money. Crazy, it was all logged and we tracked everything to that VA's username and password. Watch out for this company, if you want malware on your website.
