Great professionals and great customer service
My doctor was great, but their billing department needs more education! At first they kept saying my visit wasn't covered when I verified for myself with my insurance prior to making my appointment. I've had several appointments, all covered by my insurance. Then the most recent appointment they emailed 20 minutes prior to the appointment telling me I had to pay over a hundred dollars as the provider was out of network! Thank you Dr Pascale and Dr Paredes for helping me get my life back on track with medication management. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the telehealth service (I am from PA) and have a 1 year old and a job so it makes my care very convenient. I've had nothing but very positive interactions with VPC from the front-end staff with Marie and my practitioner, Aline Paredes, NP. I feel very lucky and blessed to have found this practice. I've come a long way considering what a mess I was when I first started with them. Marie had her work cut out for her but never lost her patience with me Aline is wonderful; I hold her in the highest regard. She got me thru a very difficult time in my life and I am so thankful for her!!
Absolute waste of my time. Wasted a week setting up an appointment just for the doctor to not be willing to see me due to a misdiagnosis years ago.
