I used this service because I was unable to make it to a physical clinic to get a doctor’s note for work. I made 5 appointments total. The person I spoke with Tauheed Akhtar only contacted me for 2/5 appointments. She said that I would receive a call about payment for a note. I never got a call and I’m not sure why they would not use the online portal for payments and documents? I have to go to a different clinic and doctor now because I’m convinced that this is a scam. Tried to book same day appts a couple times now and called them a few times, all within working hours. No response. What a complete lie!
These people are not attentive or kind. I've been waiting for my appointment to connect with a health professional for 2 hours now! They barely respond to any inquiries. I found this incredibly unprofessional, and I recommend that you people use other alternatives if you want your healthcare professional to communicate with you with respect.
Sketchy place. Called but couldn’t get a referral. Not sure what business this is but their phone also goes to voicemail. Don’t give your health card number out!
Im so grateful for their timely service and dedication to patient satisfaction. I will definitely recommend them to the community.
