I wanted a blood requisition to confirm something. I got an appointment almost immediately, which was great, the doctor who called was also great, however, he sent me a screen shot with the sound bar covering vital information required for Life Labs. Asked for a new one to be sent. Ended up at Lifelabs and he didn't put his name, the test I needed and he didn't sign it. So I was turned away. I'm pretty disappointed that I spent my time dealing with this and then couldn't even get my blood work done.
I am trying to get a referral to get a potential Melanoma checked out. I was able to connect with a doctor who advised a referral to a dermatologist would be sent. I have tried to follow up, but I have heard nothing. I have made 2 additional follow up appointments through this clinic, and the doctor has not shown up to either. I would not recommend this service.
I used this service because I was unable to make it to a physical clinic to get a doctor’s note for work. I made 5 appointments total. The person I spoke with Tauheed Akhtar only contacted me for 2/5 appointments. She said that I would receive a call about payment for a note. I never got a call and I’m not sure why they would not use the online portal for payments and documents? I have to go to a different clinic and doctor now because I’m convinced that this is a scam. Tried to book same day appts a couple times now and called them a few times, all within working hours. No response. What a complete lie!
These people are not attentive or kind. I've been waiting for my appointment to connect with a health professional for 2 hours now! They barely respond to any inquiries. I found this incredibly unprofessional, and I recommend that you people use other alternatives if you want your healthcare professional to communicate with you with respect.
