This practice providers are great. However, the front desk seems to not want to work. I called to ask if any provider had a sooner opening and instead of her checking the schedule she kept saying go online to mychart to look. Why should I hang up, log online, and look if she is in front of the schedule to just tell me. Then she proceeds to put me on hold and then hang up. Response to owners reply: No problem I will reach out to the email provided to continue this conversation and will keep everyone updated!
I love coming to see my primary doctor Dr Manlis she really takes her time with me she explains everything to me and she answers all my questions
Westmont Urgent Care is a step above the rest. Dr. ENRIQUEZ & Assistant CATHY were knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They successfully calmed me down when I thought I had shingles. They didn't make me feel irrational. Amazing humans! Just Amazing!
