The communication is terrible, and they refuse to give me a copy of the invoice for my dog's surgery 4 weeks ago. I had to pay over the phone, and I have no idea what I paid for. I asked for a copy to be brought out to the car when they brought my dog out, and they assured me they would. Of course, they did not do it. I called and asked them to email it. They never did. I asked them to bring the invoice from the surgery out at my dog's follow-up, and they did not. I called again and asked them to email it, and I never receiv... read more

Amazing doctors and staff that help both the animals and humans feel comfortable. They are thorough and fully explain the recommended procedures and options.
What can I say but complete perfection. I can’t thank Dr. Roy Barnes and his team enough for what they did for molly. Came from Virginia Beach and it was a ruff ride but at least I know where the experts are! Had the surgery just in time so she can heal to have a great beachy summer! 💛🧡

Dr. Hamilton and his assistants showed the utmost of professionalism and care in a very bad situation. They made my sweet girl as comfortable as possible and even went above and beyond in bandaging her even though she is in the end stages of life. I left the office feeling that I had the best plan of action for her care with Dr. Hamilton’s expert advice. I honestly can say we will definitely continue to use this center for future services!
Have someone to answer the phone! Or, at the very least, return phone calls in a timely manner. I have left messages and not gotten a return phone call. ALL calls go to a general number. There should be a local number for each office.
