RecommendedI was very impressed with the doctors at the Vetinary Specialist! My little 4 pound Pomeranian has a liver problem and couldn’t metabolize anesthesia. They were able to do an exploratory on her liver and perform biopsies, spay her and remove baby teeth. She did extremely well for them. They diagnosed her disease and have put her on a diet regimen. They were very calm and so reassuring. I highly recommend them. Thanks so much!
I cannot thank the wonderful staff for the treatment and care of my dog Trooper. They care for the animals as if they were their owners. Phone calls twice daily to update your loved ones progress. When your babies are ready to go home , they give you all the information you need to continue the health of your pet. I would 100% recommend VVS to all pet lovers .

My oldest dog has been seeing Dr. Paling for several years now and I have been so impressed with her treatment of Bella. This week we had to make an emergency trip and saw Dr. White as it was Dr. Paling’s day off (that is until we called her to get her opinion on the current situation and she happily helped on her day off). While this was not a pleasant trip to Virginia Vets, they were fantastic. We only had Monny a short time, and we knew when we got him that it would be short. They were fantastic at the end of his life and I can not say enough about the good things. Thanks again for caring about our puppy and giving him a great final snack!
Our dog has been very sick when I brought him here yesterday first to ER and then to the Specialists. They literally saved our furbaby’s life. Nothing I can say bad. From front staff to vet to facility. So glad a place with staff like this so close.

I am sorry I can't remember all the names of the girls that answered but all of them have great customer service.
