My headlight was fused. The guys explained it to me and fixed in 10mins.
Always get my oil changed here. Everyone is very friendly and efficient.
Pulled right up and was checked in curbside. Relaxed I'm their comfortable waiting area. I was checked out by a curtious staff member.
The company told me not to come back for service because I filed a legitimate complaint with the the Virginia State Inspector's office (I wanted a second opinion on my brake shoes, and a second technician told me that the shoes were fine). I later learned that I was not alone: Virginia Tire & Auto in Gainesville has one of the highest total complaints in all of Northern Virginia. Customer service was friendly, accommodating, and understanding when we needed to purchase only 2 tires for now. The installed the tires in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. It's their good service that keeps us coming back time and time again for everything.
I was having 3 things done to my car and was out of the shop in less than an hour and half.
The service was kind, work performed on the car was fast and accurate, and the employees during my visit respected and treated everyone fairly. True ingredients for success in this competitive marketplace.
I highly recommend VTAG! My battery died near this location. One of the guys drove me to my car and charged my battery. They were very busy at the time but he didn't make me feel rushed. I feel they are honest with me when I come in for service. I don't feel they are trying to up-sale me. They are very friendly and courteous when I'm there. They work hard to fit your schedule. Their hours are great!
There is no word to explain how satisfied I am with the people that work there at the shop. I have been going to them for the last 10+ years and never have any problem and always get my cars back in tip-top shape. As a realtor, my car is my business and always got their help to get my car back to me ASAP. Thanks!
