I just got my car inspected yesterday and it was done in the fastest amount of time that I have ever gotten it done. My family only ever goes to this Shell station and we all think that after the renovations that it looks amazing. We do miss talking to all the mechanics when we would drop our car off however.
My last visit was the same as all my visits since 2004, EXCELLENT!
I was having 3 things done to my car and was out of the shop in less than an hour and half.
As always the staff were courteous, service prompt and explained what was required.
I went in for a discounted oil change/tire rotation/brake inspection. The brake inspection found I needed new rear brakes, which unfortunately included new rotors so I ended up with a much more expensive repair. Despite this the service was explained to me and completely quickly and professionally. I just wish I could have arranged a discount on the brakes too.
Bought and installed four new tires. Vehicle was completed in time requested and had no issues. Service folks were nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely go back- in 80,000 miles.
Pulled right up and was checked in curbside. Relaxed I'm their comfortable waiting area. I was checked out by a curtious staff member
I have always received top-notch service from the initial estimates, through the prompt services, and even with the transportation van getting me to/from work and the shop.
