I went in for a discounted oil change/tire rotation/brake inspection. The brake inspection found I needed new rear brakes, which unfortunately included new rotors so I ended up with a much more expensive repair. Despite this the service was explained to me and completely quickly and professionally. I just wish I could have arranged a discount on the brakes too.
As always, the salesmen were extremely friendly! They gave me an estimate as to when my car would be done which was spot on!
Always have had good service at Virginia Tire and Auto. Gabe has been an exceptional manager and Wayne and Marty are excellent mechanics. They all seem to go the extra mile.
We received a coupon in the money mailer packet. The Sunday hours were too good to pass up. Gabe was patient and thorough in explaning the situation. We are very please with the service and price for the oil change, tune-up and taking care of the check engine light. We have four vehicles. We'll be back, again and again. Tires are next!
