Had a great experience working with Nate and the staff at VSA. I was traveling from Raleigh (3 hours away) so I called a couple times to make sure I had everything I needed when I got there. We purchased 2017 Impala LT today. The customer service I received from Nate Pryor was over the top. Va Select Auto goes out the way to please there customers. All the staff including maintenance staff were awesome. I will definitely return for next car purchase ! Thanks !
We recently bought a vehicle from Salesperson Damian, who was incredibly friendly. They have no haggle style pricing, but the staff was able to give us an even better deal based on a local comparison. I took a star away because they sent us home (2 hours away) with only one key. But they eventually had another one made for us when General Manager, Bruce heard that we weren't completely satisfied.
I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to please pay a visit to Virginia Select Auto!! The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.
