Thanks to Emily and everyone at VSA for working with me and helping me find my new vehicle. Emily actually went out of her way and found my 2014 Ford Escape and sent it to me. I came in 2 days later and my battery on my old car died so she came out in the cold pouring down rain all the way to my house to jump my old car. She definitely went above and beyond! Awful dealership .... while finalizing the deal and as an out of state buyer (7.5 hrs away) setting up with my job a day off to come pickup the vehicle .... this dealership sold the vehicle out from underneath me .... from 10am when I inquired about the truck and was told it was avail labor , I had two Preapprovals (one through the dealer and one on my own) for loans and was calling them back (just after 12:30) just to finalize a pickup day and time they returned my call at 4:30pm to tell me the truck was sold ....
Highly recommend Quincy Robinson and the team at VSA. They made the buying process very easy. Not your typical pushy dealership. Come check these guys out!
